Kate calls only business landlines from your lists. Cell phones and internet phones are left for your people.

A lane is one call Kate is in, including time in a business's phone menu. At 2 lanes and 2 numbers per lane she rings 4 and talks to everyone who answers. Nobody is hung up on: anyone beyond her lanes waits for a moment.
Phone charges are Twilio's own price for each call. They show up a few minutes after a call ends. The AI charge is worked out from what Gemini used on the call, at Google's published rates. Servers are a flat monthly cost and are not included.
